No. At no point are you required to shoot nudes. That is just an option for those that are comfortable doing so and are specifically looking to create those types of images. These shoots are a collaboration between client and photographer. It is the job of the photographer to listen to the requests of the client and adhere to what is being asked. The photographer will not direct you past your boundaries!

Each photographer elects to either occupy their own studio space or shoot at various locations at their preferred hotel suites, AirBnB's, home residences, on-location outdoors, the beach, etc. Sensual Intimate Charlotte enjoys both, especially the challenge of having to create in a new spaces. Spontaneity usually produces the best results. That doesn't mean there isn't a plan to follow, like wardrobe selections, concepts/ideas previously discussed, etc. Simply means, when shooting in the same space all the time, all of your images begin to look the same or stale in our opinion. Simply substituting new client faces in, brings about repetition. We enjoy staying creative!

Sensual Intimate Charlotte has a number of preferred locations such as hotel suites, AirBnB's, home residences, (kitchens, bathrooms/showers, bedrooms, hallways, doorways, living areas), on-location outdoors, the beach, etc. Each client and each shoot determines what may be best suited in order to create the vision. That is why Sensual Intimate Charlotte is MORE THAN YOUR TYPICAL BOUDOIR PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICE! Once you look through the gallery, you will notice the variety of genres, studio spaces, residences, etc. Whether Boudoir | Figure Art | Studio Portraits | Artistic | Glamour | Implied | Nude... "sexy" can be found throughout!  

It is understandable that some clients prefer female photographers and that is OK. At this time, we are not planning on bringing on any female staff photographers but if that changes in the future, we will certainly make everyone aware. More importantly, we make it our mission with every client, that they never feel anything less than safe, comfortable, heard, respected and understood throughout our working relationship together. We are here to create beautiful art... Not for dating purposes.

Yes. Regardless of the service selected, a 50% retainer is necessary in order to book with Sensual Intimate Charlotte. The balance due will need to be paid before any products or prints are ordered.

Sensual Intimate Charlotte is open to working with all women, and couples! There is no specific size, shape, body type, look, etc. From first-timers in front of a camera, to the experienced model, and digital content creators... What's important is that clients are honest with themselves, and the photographer about what they would like to achieve, ideas they have, and what makes them comfortable throughout the process. Everything is about "setting the right expectations," and in order for the photographer to surpass those, transparency is a must!

The number of images solely depends on your selection. Each service either includes just receiving "Final Edits", or an 8x8" Signature Photo Album with different amounts of page totals. More pages = more images to fill them with. Interested in ordering prints as well for an additional fee, inquire with your photographer.

At the conclusion of the photo shoot, photographer and client will determine a date/time where an online viewing of the images taken can be reviewed, (usually within 48 hours from the conclusion of the shoot). At that time, both parties will discuss which slections are best to include in final products ordered.

The "Final Edits" are edited with professional editing software. If you request additional editing, there are options available with an Enhanced Editing & Retouching selection. 

Depending on which products are ordered, usually clients receive "Final Edits", prints, or the 8x8" Signature Photo Album , within 3 weeks after the shoot date. If you select the Basic Boudoir Service, "Final Edits" should arrive via Online Download Site, within 72 hous.

Yes. If the travel destination is still considered "local" but requires additional drive time, additional travel fees will be added on to service options selected. If travel is outside of North Carolina and requires air travel, hotel stays and multiple calendar days, all expenses will need to be paid by clients in addition to services selected.

Bringing your husband, fiance, boyfriend, or girlfriend along is only a distraction. It also makes it difficult to shoot if they are in the way, giving their opinions on wardobe choices, posing, etc. If you feel more comfortable having them nearby, they can always wait in the car, visit the local stores, restaurants, or bars while we are collaborating. 

Yes. Although I am unable to provide any alcoholic beverages as a business, you may elect to bring your own which can also be utilized as props during part of the shoot.

All images that have been displayed are only done so with written and signed permission. You do not have to have any of your images included in marketing efforts by Sensual Intimate Charlotte. Each client has the right to keep their private images, private! 

The short answer is Yes! But, all cancellations and rescheduling must take place at least 48 hours prior to your booking. Sensual Intimate Charlotte understands that "life" is happening and things come up at the last minute, but, we also know that finding a client to fill your slot at the 11th hour is also not typically feasible. Although we will work with all clients to rectify a situation that arises, if a client needs to cancel with less than 48 hours prior to their scheduled shoot, Sensual Intimate Charlotte may retain half of the 50% booking fee charged when the initial service option was booked.  This may be necessary to pay any fees /charges for AirBnB's, hotel suites, make-up artists, etc.

Each one of the services listed has a different price-point based on the amount of time for the shoot, how many wardobe selections / concepts created, whether an 8x8" Signature Photo Album is included, etc. The goal of Sensual Intimate Charlotte is to provide options for each client based on budget, what may allow each individual client to feel more comfortable, which includes the location selected, how they would like to receive the finished product, etc. There is no "standard session fee" listed throughout this website as we believe the longer the photographer shoots, the more received for services rendered.  Generally speaking, clients spend between $300 - $1,800 if additional prints are ordered. Yes. On the Booking Page for Sensual Intimate Charlotte, there are preset options ranging from $50 - $200 that can be utilized with any of the service offerings. If you are interested in a customized amount, simply forward an email request to pricing@sensualintimatecharlotte.com
